Virgin Records founder Richard Branson has admitted he thought in Natalie Imbruglia as the host of his new eco-friendly TV series. The British tycoon wants the singer to head a new green programme on his Virgin 1 channel, in which she will have to visit the stars’ homes and criticize the one who are not environmental.

Natalie Imbruglia is reportedly in negotiations for a new show on the small screen but not for acting. Rumors are buzzing that the singer-and-actress could host a show in the new channel Virgin One. According to the Press Association, Natalie will inspect people’s homes to see how to make them more ecologically.

Natalie Imbruglia has been tapped for a new role in an Australian film. The actress/singer has waited for three years to continue her acting, in a role different from her part in the film 'Johnny English’ with Rowan Atkinson. She told British newspaper The Sun, "It is a really gritty role based on a novel. I'm going to play a girl whose sister died when she was really young." Natalie also talked about her return to the music with new single ‘Glorious’, being released today (Aug. 27th)."I'm so excited about acting again. It's been a long time. I'm not going to be turning my back on music. I'll be back recording by the end of the year working on my next album," she added.
